Requirements :
- Have 1-2 years minimum working experience in SEO and Google AdWords (SEM & GDN);
- Understand the mechanism of search engine optimization.
- Must stay updated with current update of search engine rank pages factors (quality score, latest algorithm update and and keywords optimization);
- Very familiar with working with Google analytics and other tracking tools (Google Search Console or Google Keyword Planner);
- Have good analytical skill to read data and convert it into an action plan;
- Fluent English and strong writing skill; Understand HTML is a plus

Responsibilities :
- Optimize on-page & off-page of all CTI Group subsidiaries domain and properties to make sure and make sure all the website has complied with the best practice of SEO elements;
- Setting up and optimizing Google AdWords Campaigns (SEM & GDN);
- Constantly check and monitor campaign performance of all the SEM campaign and develop improvement plan (A/B testing);
- Collaborate with digital strategist and creative team to develop content that can improve the SEO performance of CTI Group website;
- Regularly create report performance report of SEO and SEM activity
